Getting To Camotes Island Cebu is a lot easier than you would think, with a ferry going from the port in Danao in the North Of Cebu, about 1 hour from Cebu City, See Helpful Info Below For More Information

There is a small runway on the island but it’s very under developed so there are no commercial flights to the island

A One Way Ticket Is About 200 php

Once you arrive at the port in Camotes, there will be plenty of “habal habal” (motorbikes) to take you to your hotel, at a average cost of 50 php


Helpful Information

  • First thing is to note, there is no ATM on the island, it’s all cash there, so remember to stock up on cash before you come
  • Second Thing: The island is far away from the mainland so don’t expect a great signal for internet or cell phone
